Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. Maximum adult weight is 65 pounds. Pet deposit is $300 for 1 dog. Pet deposit is $150 for 1 cat. Monthly pet rent of $50 will be charged for 1 dog. Monthly pet rent of $35 will be charged for 1 cat. Cats must be spayed or neutered.
